kinako is a business management platform for independent professionals. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. kinako cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You own your data. Everything you create in kinako — clients, projects, proposals, invoices, notes, files — belongs to you. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You can export or delete your data at any time.
The free plan provides limited access to kinako features. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time — you will retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
You agree not to use kinako to:
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service. We will notify users in advance when possible.
kinako is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of kinako after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
